Does DG1 support Google Analytics?

Yes, you can use and integrate Google Analytics inside your DG1 system. For more information, please check out our video tutorials and manuals. You can also get in touch with our support team.

How do I import my data into DG1?

It’s easy to import data into DG1. Our system uses the CSV (comma-separated value) format for data import, which can easily be exported from your spreadsheet software. If you have any trouble importing data during your setup, please check out our video tutorials and manuals, or contact our support team.

How do I install DG1?

Our DG1 platform is browser-based, so it’s a snap to start using it. Once you register, you’ll be given a login link and your username and password. Simply sign in and you’re ready to go!  

How long does it take to implement DG1?

After you’ve signed up with us, it will take a few minutes to complete the basic setup of your new system. Once you’ve done this, your own subdomain will be set up right away and you’ll get full access to the DG1 platform.

How many administrators can I have in DG1?

The DG1 platform supports multiple users, groups, and access permissions attached to groups. This means you can limit the access for users, as well as manage platform usage across different organizational departments.

What is a payment gateway?

A payment gateway is a service that authorizes credit card payments and processes them securely with a user's merchant account. We use Stripe Payments, a secure third-party payment processing system. You will be able to use PayPal or other payment methods for your clients over your new DG1 e-commerce system.

What is your average support response time?

If you submit a support ticket, it can take up to 24 hours for a response. If you call or chat with us during normal business hours, you’ll hear from us right away.

What kind of ongoing support will I have once I sign up?

During the set-up process, you’ll be given professional support help from our boarding specialists to make sure your system is set up properly. After that, you will receive expert advice from our marketing team to help you grow your business. Throughout the whole process, our developers will work with you to help solve any problems that may arise. As we are upgrading DG1 constantly with new features, you will get all platform updates without any additional charges.

What languages does DG1 support?

The DG1 platform has complete multilingual, multicurrency, and multiple store support, so you are free to offer your products and services in as many languages as you want.

Where do I enter my promo code?

Once you have added your DG1 package to your shopping cart, you’ll see a section to enter your promotional code. The discount will automatically be applied.

Will my payment information be secure with a third-party payment gateway?

Absolutely. The payment gateway we use, Stripe Payments, has an excellent reputation for providing secure payments across a wide variety of different payment methods.
