Do I pay my first month in advance?
Yes. After your free trial period ends, you will be billed in advance for the month ahead. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will also receive the communication resources allocated to your respective package.
What happens if I exceed the maximum revenue for the month?
No problem! On your billing date, we will calculate your usage from the past 30 days and automatically place you in the appropriate pricing tier for the upcoming month.
For example, if you are using the START package and your revenue increased from 7,000 to 12,000, you will automatically be subscribed to the GROW package for the next billing period.
What if I want to send more emails/SMS messages than my plan allows?
Not a problem. You can purchase additional emails and SMS messages at any time, and they’ll be valid for a full year after purchase.
When will I get my invoices?
You will receive your first invoice immediately after your first purchase while all the following invoices will be sent to you monthly. For example, if you’ve signed up on January 12, your next invoice would arrive on February 12, the one after that on March 12 and so on.
Do I have to pay more if my revenue increases?
Our dynamic pricing model is aimed at supporting your online growth, which means that the closer you are to the maximum revenue of your package, the smaller the percentage your monthly subscription represents compared to your total sales. For example if you make just over 10,000, your subscription amounts to just under 6% of your sales, but under 3% if your revenue is above 20,000. This percentage is even lower with each next package
Do I have to sign a yearly contract?
Nope. Our billing plan is monthly, and you’re free to cancel any time you like.
