Yes. When you sign up, you pay the set-up fee and first month of your package together. You will then immediately be granted access to the DG1 platform, and your package’s allocated communication resources.
No problem! On your billing date, we will calculate your usage from the past 30 days and automatically place you in the appropriate pricing tier for the upcoming month.
For example, if you purchased package T4, and your contacts increased from 30,000 to 40,000, you will automatically be subscribed to package T5 for the next billing period.
Not a problem. You can purchase additional emails, SMS messages, and browser push notifications at any time, and they’ll be valid for a full year after purchase.
Our set-up fee covers the cost of our DG1 platform, as well as marketing support, technical support, and onboarding support during your boarding process. We use that money to invest right back in your business to make sure you grow.
You will receive your first statement immediately, and will then be invoiced every month afterwards. For example, if you signed up January 12th, your next bill will arrive February 12th.
Your package won’t be downgraded unless all three main attributes (contacts, sales, and reservations) have dropped below the maximum amount listed for the previous package.
For example, let’s say you bought the T5 package on June 1st. During the month, your contacts went from 43,000 to below 30,000 (the maximum allowed for package T4). However, your online sales and reservations didn’t change. Since they were still above the maximum for a T4 package, you would stay within the T5 package billing parameters for your July invoice.
Nope. Our billing plan is monthly, and you’re free to cancel any time you like.
