Edit order

Click Edit order edit.


  • General
    • You will first see the Order status, which you can then manually change.
Note! The status order in progress starts when the user has gone through the payment page of the checkout.
The status changes to ordered when the purchase was completed.
Other statuses can be changed manually.
The status canceled is only for your reference. The actual cancellation with payment refund has to be done separately.
    • You can resend order email. Example: the customer will call you and tell you that they have not received an order email. You can change the email address, click Resend order email and confirm it with clicking OK.

edit order

    • You can edit Ordered items.
      • Change the quantity in your orders by clicking in the Quantity number window and change it to desirable number.
      • You can change the price of the item.
      • You can delete the product by clicking Delete edit order 119 and confirm it with OK or by clicking Delete and return to stock delete & return and confirm it with OK.

    • You can View Used payment methods.
  • Shipping & billing
    • You can see the Shipping methods.
    • You can edit and add Tracking information.
    • You can edit and change Shipping address.
    • You can edit and change Billing address.
  • Shop user
    • You can view and/or edit shop user.
    • You can view this shop User’s order history.
  • Discounts
    • You can not edit any information about the discounts. You can only see which ones have been used for this order, if any.
  • History
    • You can not edit any information. You can only view the Order status history of this specific order.
