Carts

1. To get an overview of your carts, navigate to SHOP -> Orders in your DG1 platform.
2. Click More in the top right corner of the Orders page and select Carts from the drop-down menu.
3. To filter carts by ID, Status, Email, Cart value, Created and Modified date, select or enter the filter criteria in the input field of the respective column.
4. To see the contents of individual carts, click View on the right-hand side of the selected cart. This will open the overview of the cart with details about the user, cart value, cart status and the order, which the cart belongs to. You can also view the products that have been placed in the cart and Edit them.

Warning

When applying changes to products in carts, you are changing products in your catalog not just in the cart, which means that all the changes you make will apply to other orders/carts as well, so be careful with how much and what you change.
